- Minimum requirement for maintenance is determined through SLA (Service maintenance agreement) to allow customers to make budget ahead for service cost.
- Warranty cover for spare parts replacement for equipment is 6 months for Electrical components and 1 year for mechanical parts.

Chief Adegboyega Awomolo (SAN)
CHAIRMAN, BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Chief A. S. Awomolo is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, having been conferred with the honour in July, 1992. He has over thirty (30) years practice experience in different areas of law spanning all the states in Nigeria having been called to the Nigerian Bar in 1978.
He was a former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Osun State between 1991 and 1992. A Life Bencher, and being a man of impeccable character, he is a member of the Legal Practitioners Disciplinary Committee (LPDC). Chief Awomolo, SAN has led in several cases of both national and international repute; such as the case of BUHARI V OBASANJO, DIKKO YUSUF V OBASANJO, FRN V TAFA BALOGUN, CPC V INEC to mention but a few.
Chief Awomolo, SAN is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), member of the General Bar Council, member of the National Executive Council of the NBA. He is also an active member of the International Bar Association and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association.
He is presently leading a consortium of about 15 Senior Advocates of Nigeria representing about 28 States challenging the Federal Government in a multibillion naira revenue dispute between the states and the Federal government.
Prince Toye Oyinlola

Prince Toye Oyinlola holds a Higher National Diploma, PGD in Marketing, and MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School.
An astute businessman who combines rare humility with sheer hard work, he sits atop the Board of Directors of several reputable companies. He is an icon to many aspiring entrepreneurs sharing in his wealth of experience gained for over 30 years in food manufacturing, freight forwarding, importing and exporting, and general merchandising.
Seyi Oyinlola
NON EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Oluwaseyi Oyinlola is a Systems Engineering and Management major graduate from
Richmond American International University in London and holds an MSc in
International Business Management from University of Surrey. He also studied
Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the prestigious London School of Economics. He
has participated in several business and management courses in Nigeria and abroad.
He joined Reliance Trade Corporation, a top commodity-trading outfit in London as a
commodity trader and rose to the position of Head Trader (West Africa). At Reliance,
Seyi traded Thai Parboiled Rice, Brazilian sugar, NPK, Urea (fertilizer products),
steel and various commodities all into West Africa with an annual trade portfolio in
excess of $5 million. He was also involved in vessel chartering and cargo claims at
Reliance.
In 2004 he founded Infinity Foods Investment Limited in Nigeria where he was the
Managing Director/CEO until his appointment with Hyra Motors as the Pioneer
Managing Director/CEO.
Seyi is a tested salesman, marketer, entrepreneur, and leader. He grew Hyra Motors to
be one of the highest ranking automobile companies in Nigeria within a short period
with an annual turnover in excess of N2 Billion. He drove the company into
international and local expansion. Hyra Technologies and Hyra Motors (Ghana)
Limited were borne out of this expansion drive. Under his leadership Hyra Motors
won over 10 prestigious awards both at home and abroad. They include and not
limited to, BEST NEW COMPANY, BEST NEW BRAND (GEELY), AUTO
BRAND OF THE YEAR, and CHINESE BRAND OF THE YEAR. Etc
In recognition of his entrepreneurial and managerial skills he was awarded
DISTINGUISHED YOUNG ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR 2007 by National
Daily, CEO OF THE YEAR 2008(Automobile) at the renowned Nigerian Automobile
Awards. He is also a recipient of the prestigious KWAME NKRUMA LEADERSHIP
AWARD. Seyi was a National Working Committee member of the Nigerian China
Business Council under the distinguished chairmanship of the Honorable Minister of
Commerce and Industry. He has appeared several times on both local and
international television broadcasts and has been named in numerous newspapers as
one of the young, dynamic and innovative talents in Nigeria He was profiled in the
2012 Nigerian Auto Market Guide as an OUTSTADING PERSONALITY in the
Nigerian Auto Industry.
Seyi over the years has expanded his horizon and consolidated with interests in
several industries such as, real estate, construction, dredging, heavy machinery and
equipment, maritime services, oil and gas services, trading and food services in
general.
Seyi is a director of Japaul Oil and Maritime Services Plc, BCE Foodservice
Equipment Nigeria Limited, Hyra Motors Limited, Hyra Technologies Limited, Hyra
Motors (Ghana) Limited, Panat Nigeria Limited, Infinity Foods Investment Limited,
Macadams Baking Systems, Macadams Baking Solutions, Brand Logistics Limited
and the Vice Chairman/Founder of The SAO Group (real estate, trading, equipment
and machinery, construction and finance). He is a polo player and an active member
of the Lagos Polo Club.
He is happily married to Oreoluwa and blessed with two children.
Deji Oyinlola

Deji Oyinlola is the Managing Director of Macadams Baking Systems Nigeria Ltd with over 12 years of experience in the Food Service Sector and a wealth of knowledge in Industrial Baking Solutions and Food Service Equipment. He is also a Non-Executive Director of BCE Foodservice Nigeria Limited.
He has and still works with strategic partners all over the world to deliver innovative solutions across the country. He has worked with several retail chains on setting up functional and profitable service departments. He was also instrumental in the execution of the Federal Government Cassava Bread initiative in 2015, working closely with the Ministry Of Agriculture, The Bakers Association Of Nigeria and the Bank Of Industry Limited.
He holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from the University of Wales in Cardiff and went on to bag a Diploma in Routing and Telecommunication from Bickhenhall College for Computing, London. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), a Cisco Information Security Specialist (SND), and a recognized Information Systems Security Professional (INFOSEC). He started his career as a Junior Network Engineer at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group in Cardiff before moving to Nigeria to join Systemspecs, one of the leading Software Houses as a Systems Engineer. He has worked on a number of projects and has a vast knowledge of computer networking and software development.

Aremu B. Jimoh
HEAD, AFTERSALES
Aremu B. Jimoh obtained his certification in Electrical Engineering from the City & Guild Institute in London. He holds a PGD in Management and MBA in Marketing from LAUTECH and he is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM). He is a seasoned engineer with exposures to technical training in South Africa, Switzerland, and Germany.
He has worked in different blue-chip companies amongst which are Metal Box, Seldrew Investment Ltd, Carnaud Metal Plc, M&E, and Dan –Ojel Associates.
Onatoye O. Zainab
HEAD, ACCOUNT AND FINANCE
Onatoye Zainab Oluwakemi is a Chartered Accountant.
She holds a PGD in Financial Management, Higher Diploma (HND) & National Diploma (ND) in Accounting. She is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Registered Member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRC).
She had worked with Rida National Plastics Ltd as an Internal Auditor, Real Drinks as Account Manager, West Coast Fisheries Ltd/Intra Motors as Accounts & Finance Manager, Fola Akiyode & Co (Chartered Accountants) as Trainee Accountant and rose to the position of Audit Manager. She supervises the overall accounts and finance of various companies before joining Macadams Baking Systems Nig.Ltd.
